    You can't CUT anything with the 300mW. You can break through small items like paper, burn credit cards, light a match. If you actually want to burn, you need 500mw and greater.

    cut plastic, you can burn through a plastic

    with a 300mW laser you can do quite a bit of damage. You could burn through a plastic cup lid easily or cut anything plastic.

    well im no expert, but black tape pop black baloons, black trash bags, anything black and realy thin and plasticy. um u may also be able to light a match
