I am interested in placing orders for a few wedding dresses and other wedding apparrel. I have just read numerous complains regarding charging direct courier chargies ie0 UPS and then orders are shipped off via China post or sea resulting in very lated delivery and one of my biggest concerns my clients custom made wedding gown goes missing or is damaged.
My question to you is that if an incodent as such has to occur what leg do I have to stand on in rectifying the situation and and what assurance can you offer me that my client relationships are not damaged my business's reputation is not tarnished?
Do you not offer your clients an SLA Agreement of some sorts? And if not, I would feel a lot safer if you started offering us one.
Im sure you understand my concern, also I would have discusse this with someone in customer services and not in the forum but unfortunately the only response I get from them is 'Hello, How can I help you" followed by a pasted link and then i am ignored.
If you could be so kind as to clear up a bit of this confusion and doubt, I would be very happy.
