I ordered an Evening Gown on 1.11.2012 Order #58903892-DD to be delivered to the U.S. I know dresses have a standard preparation time of 15-25 days. It's been over 15 days & it hasn't shipped & I need it for a Ball in 12 days. Can I get accurate information on my order and not a general answer about the standard preparation time? I still have to wait for the shipping time and I need to know if I have to buy something local and not be able to wear the beautiful gown I ordered.
