    I have recently attempted to send two requests for free samples, only to be directed to a page that reads "insert into EC_TriallingReason(OrderID_int,UserID_int,ReasonContent_nvarchar,ExpectationsScore_int,CreateDate_datetime,ProductID_int,WebSiteID_smallint,Status_tinyint) values(4695476 ,3964781" ",3 ,getdate() ,977848 ,61 ,0)" with the message I had written inserted in the middle.

    I am unable to go back to request the samples, as an error messages informs me that I have already done so, yet there are no requests processing in the 'My Free Sample' centre, and no copy of my messages under the 'Request Reason' tab on the item page.

    Is there a delay in posting the requests, or have I encountered an error?

    Hello,
    Thank you for your quick response. I have just double checked the 'My Free Sample Centre', and the requests have not shown up there.

    I think the problem may have been that I entered too many characters in the submission box. Would it be possible to have it reset, so I could try again?

    Dear Alice,

    Thanks for your information. We have contacted our related department to look into this matter for you. There would be delay for the whole processing, would you please double check your "free sample center" later? At the "free sample" part, there is a button: "Enter my free sample center", just click it, you would see whether you win the free sample or not. Please log in first when you check it. Good luck! As for the two emails you received, which are resulted from system error, please ignore it, you don't need to complete the transaction. Our Tech Department would fix the bug as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please don’t let this small issue bother you. Have a wonderful day as always.

    I have also received two emails citing that I have unpaid orders for the two products which I applied to receive as free samples.

    The emails direct me to pay $0.00 for the items, however it is not possible to complete the transaction.
