  • Love, the product, wish it can with instructions and recommended tools prior to purchase.. But I would recommend the product. Wish suggestion add products from seller with one low shipping instead of several. I still would recommend the complete housing cover for the curve.   • How does the Blackberry lock it's keyboard in its case?

  • On the home screen, use the keyboard shortcut to lock the BlackBerry. Press 'k' before putting it in the case. This locks the device.

    BTW, the case magnet only turns off the screen, not lock the device. The lockout is determined by the security timeout setting.

  • Which way is the Blackberry Pearl supposed to face in the case that it comes with?

  • The strip on the case that sticks out a little bit is for your trackball to slide in that way. so put it in that way.. and also if you put it in the right way there is a magnet at the bottem that connects with a magnet on the bottem of your phone and puts it in sleep mode.

  • How do I import my Contacts from my email accounts to my BlackBerry Handheld Address Book?

  • To export Contacts from your ISP email account to your BlackBerry device:
    1. Log into your ISP email account.
    2. Create an Export .CSV file (for Outlook) of your Contacts.
    3. Save this .CSV file to your desktop.
    4. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
    5. Select Import from another programme or file.
    6. Select comma separated value (Windows).
    7. Browse to the .CSV file you created from your ISP contacts.
    8. Select contacts as your destination folder.
    9. Click finish and this will import the contacts on your .CSV file into your contacts folder.
