When I received it it came with insructions of what to do. It was no problem setting it up. Once I put it on it was light weight and I could hardly ntice it, except, sometimes it became loose and the link between the PS3 and the headset died. I could hear people but I could not talk back. Also, before using it, I had to go to the menu for The PS3 to pick up the connection. This only took a couple of second,but I could have lived without it. In other words, this product is good with a strong connection but at times the link is dropped and your call may be dropped as well.

Since purchasing my Razr, I've done some extensive shopping and comparison to improve upon my Motorola H820 Bluetooth headset. After trying a couple other popular brands, I've purchased this model and am very happy with it. For Razr owners, the H500 uses the same charging attachment as the Razr, which is a HUGE plus. The button placement is simple and easy to master. I had no problems whatsoever getting the headset to connect with my phone or using it to place calls. Sometimes less is more -- that's certainly the case with this little Bluetooth headset. It's the best all-around value in a Bluetooth headset, especially for use with a Razr.

I was originally set on buying a Jawbone, but after reading a couple of reviews and recommendations on this headset, I decided to try it out. At half the cost of a Jawbone, I was skeptical. But I'm happy to report that it is a fantastic headset.

In addition to all the advanced features listed in the other reviews, the 500 is extremely lightweight and easy to put on. The construction is top notch. Also, I appreciate the ability to view the approximate battery power level every time I power-on the unit.

This headset is Bluetooth 2.0 which I believe has a higher data rate capacity. I'm not sure if this helps, but it certainly seems to have better voice quality performance (less static, stronger noise cancellation) than my two previous bluetooth headsets: Plantronics Voyager 510 and Motorola H500.

If you intend to be in extremely noisy environments, then the Jawbone may still be the best headset for you. However, if you're looking for a noise canceling headset for light to moderate noise level environments (such as a car with the windows up), then I highly recommend this headset.

I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. The items were (shipping) packaged very well and also were of retail-looking packaging too. I had no problem at all from this company. I'd probably order from again.

I am pleased with this bluetooth, the sound is great, I don't wear if for long times but has been comfortable for almost 3 hours on a recent trip. Hands free driving. Would recommend this item. it is easy to wear & easy to use once everything is aligned as it should be.

Over the past two months, I have ordered twice from Dinodirect.com. Both shopping experiences were painless. I went in at odd times of the night (think 3 am - couldn't sleep), and the servers were up and responsive. Once I placed my order, I received an email acknowledgment, showing what I had ordered, including the name of the product, price, and order number. For my first order, things were shipped in two pieces. I took advantage of free shipping and was not charged for either. I really appreciated the fact that with each shipment, I received an email confirmation. The first box arrived four business days later and the second box arrived five business days later. Everything was nicely packed and nothing was damaged.

I discovered dinodirect.com not that long ago; however, during this short period of time (about 2 months) I have become a regular customer. The prices on this site are always almost the lowest anywhere. I am giving this company a 5 because not their products are almost always a best bargain but for a responsive customer service. Despite of their strict refund policies, they will accomodate a loyal customer, whenever possible, even at the cost of losing already slim profit margins. The only thing I want improved and I hope owners and/or management will take in consideration is more detailed charachteristics of products they sell. In general I am happy with products and service of this nice web shop.

This device is not the greatest in the world but it works. It dangles from my ear and does not fit very well but, it works. For now and for the price it is a working device. Now I will know more of what to look for in the future. It is a basic BT device and for the limited wear I use it for, it does the job. I refuse to wear it all the time waiting for Scotty to beam me up anyway!
