- Often people who I called complained about the incredibly bad quality of my signal with the Motorola H500. When I was in a perfectly silent room, the H500 was ok. When in the car, it was almost totally unsuable if I had to speak. I'm not sure if the Plantronics noise reduction really works, but people don't complain about my voice quality, and I certainly don't have to yell to be heard.

- I just love this bluetooth! It is so light weight that you forget it is even on your ear. It was very simple to program and my phone picks it up every time. It is very easy to switch from your right to your left ear and back; you can change this in a matter of seconds. Sometimes I wear a plastic headband because I have long hair and sunglasses at the same time and the headset still fits well and is comfortable. I also love the fact that it sits on your ear instead of having the little speaker thingy that goes in your ear. I wondered when I ordered it if this would make a difference in the sound quality but it does not affect it at all. I can hear my callers great and they hear me with perfect clarity. I would advise anyone to buy this bluetooth I know I will never, ever want a different one!

- I used Dinodirect website to e-mail the problem and the service tech gave some ideas for fixes. After none of the fixes worked, I returned the product and they replaced it with a brand new one for free. I beat this thing up for several hours a day, so while I wasn't pleased about the mic dying, I was very pleased with the Plantronics service. After sending my old headset in, I had a new one within a week.

- H700 is a very well designed product. The biggest positives of this product is its DSP noise cancellation. It works as good as it is speced. Even in windy conditions the person on the other end of the line can hear me clearly. In terms of its feasibility of usage over a longer period it is quiet good. Its pretty light weight and the ear peiece is very flexible and ergonomic in design. With my previous sony ericsson bluetooth I had the issue of keeping the phone on the same side of my headset else it would give some distortion. While with this one there are no such issues. It gives a resonable talk time of around 6 hours which is good enough for me as I used it only while driving.

- H700 is easy to use and isn't expensive. Only four stars because it disconnects from my Blackberry as I try to make a call sometimes. Better to make a call first and then connect, or try re-syncing the device to your phone if you've made any recent phone OS upgrades

- I really enjoy shopping at Dinodirect, they can get anything you want. I often go to their site to compare prices and to read the reviews. I would also like to say thanks for their marketing, they really try to build your profile and offer you products they think you would enjoy (grin) and even though they haven't quite got it dialed in it at least shows they are trying. For that they get an extra point or two, I always feel safe doing business with them.

- Great headset for the price, however there are some flaws. The most annoying being that it cant pick out your voice from back ground noise. The ear piece also is a bit flimsy. All in all, I'd buy again.
