- Works just like it's supposed to. The fit is pretty good. You have to wiggle the phone or the base a little sometimes to get it to line up perfectly since the back isn't high enough to guide the phone in. My only gripe is that it is really light weight. The unit lifts up when I pull my phone out. Maybe some sticky pads or velcro could fix that problem.

- The cradle comes with an AC charger and an extra USB cable so if you are going to dock the phone near your computer you'll have a spare AC charger to tuck away somewhere. I was a little disappointed that with my snap on case the phone cant be docked but I shold have expected that it wouldnt fit. I currently need to back piece from th phone before I can dock it. For me personally it is not a big deal, I am going to look for another case or skin instead. The dock itself works great and the price is nice.

- This has been a very good purchase. About the only criticism I could offer is that it is a bit difficult to seat the phone on the stub USB connector. Once seated, though, it works great. It is quite convenient to charge the phone and a spare battery at the same time.

- This charger works well for both standard and extended life batteries. Only the wall plug needs to be attached to charge both the phone and the extra battery at the same time. You only need both the USB and the wall charger if you wish to charge the spare battery, phone AND interface the phone and pc all at the same time. The only downside is the port cover on the phone needs to be removed to get reliable connections to the phone.

- This product is great. I ordered a second high capacity battery for the Hero, and I swap it in and out with my original battery whenever I need to. the only thing that is bad about this product is that it has this blue LED that will literally blind you when you hover over it, say to change your battery. I solved this problem with a small piece of electrical tape, which blends perfectly with the base stand.

- Perfect for the HTC hero. Doesn't fit if you have an extended battery though. I charge my extended battery in the back charger and keep the phone with standard battery on the dock. Price was great as well. Includes a USB cable for charging via your PC and a Power Adapter for charging from an outlet.

- Very happy with it. It charges my phone plus an extra battery and syncs to laptop as well via separate USB and AC adapter lines, so doesn't need to be plugged into your laptop to charge. Nice to have the phone sit upright. Extra battery (purchased separately) has come in handy when I travel. Note that the phone will not fit in the slot if you are using a protective cover (which I originally was to protect the phone, but quit using so I could easily drop into the cradle as well as switch out batteries. Bottom line is cradle is well contructed, requires small footprint on your desk, is an attractive design and works very well with no problems. I recommend.
