Bought this to replace my aging ATI Remote Wonder. Needed something that would work on XP MCE 2005 and Vista, as I have to keep a version of XP on my computer for work. I have triple booted XP MCE 2005/Vista Home Prem/Win7(RC) on my machine and this baby works with all of them. No installation disc needed. Mouse control is a little slow but I don't use it much. Works from anywhere in my room, even if it's not pointed at the IR receiver! Buying a second (and maybe a third for backup) for my HTPC. Best price of all the MCE remotes too!

I've been using this remote for a few weeks and honestly no complaints. For the money, you can't beat this thing. I'm running it on Vista Premium 64bit w/ no issues. I started using it this week with Hulu Desktop Beta and haven't found any issues there either. Highly recommend for the price.

I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was looking a remote to control my HTPC when i came across this one. I ended up buying this because of one important feature: Mouse with a good range. To my surprise, this works remarkably well. Just plug it in and no software/drivers to install. I can power-on/off my PC right from my couch :) The manual seemed to indicate that the shortcuts are set in the remote to match window media center keys but I don't use windows media center. VLC lets you configure the hot keys and most of functions in the remote can be mapped directly as a hot key. For those i couldn't, i've got the mouse in the remote. This thing works great. I am happy i didn't waste money on a high priced, limited interface (i.e. no mouse interface), remote. This can't be beat at this price. I have happily cut the cable
