How to Make Camping Lights From Flower Pots:

• Drill a 1-inch-diameter hole in the center of the base of a 10-inch-diameter plastic flower pot. The pot can be slightly larger or smaller, just make sure that the light bulb from the fixture is not too close to the sides. The flower pot is basically a lamp shade for a hanging light fixture
• Drill 1/4-inch holes randomly into the sides of the flower pot. If you prefer to place the holes in a pattern, trace the outline of a design onto the pot and drill holes along the outline. Space the holes at least 1 inch apart, no matter which option you choose
