I have purchased from here several times and so far have received excellent service. The items ordered arrive on a timely manner and in perfect condition. Only once have I had to return something and it was not due to defect of the item; received prompt and polite service and the corresponding refund within a few days. <br/>I particularly buy from here since they ship to Puerto Rico without problems; many online vendors don't-- even though Puerto Rico is part of the United States and has the same shipping alternatives and prices as in the states.

I must say that I was hesitant about buying from a site that I hadn't heard of before. I've always wanted to be able to touch what I'm buying. But after receiving excellent support from here, I felt much more secure about buying from here. The key case shell did take longer than I expected to arrive (2 weeks), but the finished product was incredible. Everything about the key case shell was what I expected and more. So all I can say is two big thumbs up for what I've received, and I plan on using it every time I want new key case shell.

Best invention there is for a garage door opener. Have 3 & so small they can fit anywhere. Easy to code, works from down the street, I'm very satisfied with the opener and the seller. This is a great product, I would highly recommend it as a replacement for your Lexus. This is the same key that the dealership will charge over $200 for. I just met the minimum characters.

The Key case is identical to the pictures. The shape and color matches my original Lexus key.

Cons:

If your original clear security IC box is broke or missing. This key case will not save you too much money. You will have to spend $6.00 on key case, $10.00 on duplicate the key, $60.00 for the security box, and dealer reprogram the security box ($100.00) . a set of new key from Lexus dealer cost you $200 Your total saving is $24.00

Other Thoughts:

Bring the key case together with the original broken key to the key smith. After duplication Bring the key case together with the original broken key to the key smith. It cost $10.00 per keys. After duplication you need to open up the original broken keys case, takes out the clear security IC box and transfer to the new keys case. It shall be similar to the authentic Lexus dealer keys. You are ready to go. My total saving $184 dollars
