Is it detrimental if my laptop cooling pad is directly under the fan under my laptop?
The computer fan stirs air and helps to cool the inside of the unit. The cooling pad does not draw air from the outside but pulls the warm air from around the bottom of the laptop and forces it out the sides of the cooling pad. There is no problem having the fans close to each other.
