How to Clean a Laptop Skin:
- Turn your computer off but keep it open with the keyboard exposed
- Spray rag with disinfectant. Do not get the rag wet, just damp
- Wipe the keyboard with the rag. Make sure to wipe in between the keys with the rag. This is best done by lightly brushing the cloth across the keyboard to remove any loose dust or dirt. Press firmly but not hard as you clean the top of the keys
- Remove the skin if you want to do a more thorough cleaning. This isn't necessary for day-to-day cleaning but can help to keep the skin in pristine condition. Clean it with the same disinfectant on both sides. Be sure to let the skin completely dry before returning it over the keyboard

05-13-2009- Other Thoughts: I was a bit dubious when I bought this a few months ago (with my new Dell Latitude D630)... would it work? Would it be sticky? Would it obstruct my typing? Keep me from seeing the keys properly? <br/>But my paranoia and possibly slightly irrational obsession with my new computer convinced me to buy it anyway.

02-24-2010- Other Thoughts: I purchased our first one close to 4 years ago. And it still is just as nice as the first day that I put it on my keyboard. We just purchased a new computer and was dissappointed that I could not find it in any of the stores in my area that their website said carried this product. My husband suggested that I check Dinodirect.com. Glad that I listened to him, too, saved ourselves $5.00. Great product, really! I have been telling all our friends that they need one of these skins for their keyboards. Now I can tell them where they can get a good deal, also.

02-25-2010- Other Thoughts: I was hesitating to buy this service 'cuz I fear they don't customerize for laptops, especially mine is a newly released IBM T43p. But I was wrong. The keyboard skin just arrived and it fits perfectly! I love it and I no longer need to worry my sweat will contaminate the keyboard.

10-15-2009- Other Thoughts: I have tried a couple of laptop keyboard protectors and this is the best one. It stays in place, keeps out dust, pet hair, etc. Yes, it does take some getting used to, but I can type just fine and keeps my keyboard clean!

02-22-2010- Other Thoughts: I recently purchased a new PC this year and wanted to protect my keyboard, so I ordered this item. It came in less time than the order form stated and fit my keyboard perfectly. The silicone skin is very thin and doesn't interfere with typing - it feels almost as if the skin isn't even there. I never have to worry about dust, particles, or even spills getting inside the keyboard. This is a great investment and worth every penny.
