Quiet and my internal fan rarely runs anymore proving my laptop is cooler. Should extend service life. Can't beat the price. I have a laptop known for performing well, but overheating. This cooler, has really keep the unit cool. You must put the cooler toward the part of the laptop that heats up, but once done you will be surprised at the resut. For the cost you simply cannot beat this product.

Received product as expected. Fast shipping, was earlier than I had anticipated. The packaging was complete, and I am very happy with the purchase. I really appreciate the "stop/ pay attention to this" label on the front, because I have noticed some possible "operational defects", that could only be attributed to the manufacturer, and this information, was very succint and indiscreet. However, I am still adjusting the settings, so these seemful "defects" may actually be factory default settings.
