Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. I have been shopping with Amazon.com for many, many years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it is better to pay a bit more for peace of mind. On the other hand most of the time shipping is free which is also an incentive, at least to me. DEFINITELY a company to trust and support.

- This year I noticed my phone wasn't holding a charge more than an hour so I knew it was time for a new battery, before the phone couldn't hold a charge at all. I wasn't sure which battery I needed because the new battery packages didn't have enough information for me to be sure I had the right battery and the store clerk didn't know either. I decided to go back home and check on net for a replacement. I was surprised that I could get the same battery on Dinodirect for a low price. The technical specs were detailed enough that I felt confident so I'd ordered the right battery. The item shipped quickly and, although I don't have any electronic testing equipment to verify this, it seems to work as well as any previous battery.

- For the price you cannot beat this battery. I purchased this battery and got it within a few days. I popped it into my phone and I'm happy to say its been working perfectly fine for the past two months. I can get at least 2-3 days of standby time without recharging and thats all I'm looking for. No issues, no complaints. My point at the end of the day is the battery I got was legit and it was exactly what I wanted.
