  • Silicone doesn't shrink. You need special equipment to seal it with. Usually silicon is injection molded to its shape. Plus smoke from it can be hazardous to your health.

  • You would take it off the Phone and just run it under some cold water. You can use a little dish soap. Silicone is slightly sticky and will attract dust and lint.There is not much you can do to prevent it.
