- I have had a really hard time with ear bud earphones because I cannot get them to stay in my ears. I am an avid jogger, and it felt like I spent more time keeping the things in my ears than running. This is not the case with these. They stay in wonderfully and do not make the insides of your ears sweat like some do. I would recommend them! They come with several different sizes for the earpiece as well if one doesn't fit.

- I listen to a wide varity of music, classical, jazz, death metal, hardcore, punk, and even some rap and dance. These headphones sound amazing on every genre. the accessories that come with it are great and i highly recommend buying it. - Can I adjust or remove an earbud?
Earbuds can easily be removed. To remove an earbud , place both thumbs on the edges of the earbud speaker. Apply gentle pressure as you push the earbud speaker out through the speaker hole from which it was installed. Be careful not to grasp the earbud stem to adjust the placement, alignment or rotation of an earbud. Do not attempt to remove an earbud by pulling on the stem or cord. Doing so might permanently damage the earbud.

Only if you wrap them tightly. Wrap them loosly and make sure the end that plugs into your iPod does not have any strain on them.
