Dinodirect.com has great prices and reliable products. The customer service department was efficient and freindly. I had a couple of unopened ink cartridges left over that were to an old postage meter we recently upgraded and they allowed me to return them for store credit and I used that store credit to purchase new ink cartridges for the new meter. No hassle no worries. The store credit was available within a few days. The shipping on my orders are fairly prompt. I have been ordering from these guys for a while now and I plan to keep doing business with them in the future.

I am very pleased with their service. I ordered a combo items in order to get a reduced price on the second items but when I checked out, it charged my card for the full amount instead of the discounted amount. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours had a response back stating that they would be crediting the difference of the discounted price back to my charge card. I was very pleased that they handled this matter so promptly and honestly. Excellent customer service!

I bought this to record the calls of a particular person. It has worked great so far. It uses regular cassette tapes. If you press the record/play keys it will record everytime the receiver is turned on or you can press record for each call you want to record. The playback is good. Fantastic one for you.
