- Our grabbers are equipped with some precise instruments. When they are moved or installed, please be careful
- Make sure that your PC USB interface is 2.0 version, since our grabbers just support USB2.0
- To prevent non-image display, please connect cameras to USB grabbers and power on the cameras, before installing USB grabbers to computer
- If you need to remove the USB grabber, please follow the steps; right click the taskbar→ stop device→ pull out the USB grabber
- Using our grabber with other USB devices simultaneously may cause the problem that PC can not identify USB grabber. Do not insert two or more USB video capture grabbers or use with other PCⅠvideo capture grabbers at the same time
- In case of problems, please contact with local technical support for professional help

- This is a great unit for your money. It was exactly what I needed. It had all the features I was looking for but they are not difficult to operate. It is easy to assemble and doesn't take long to set up at all. We were able to get very good video quality. Overall, we're happy with it. My brother ended up buying one too.

- They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.
