It was originally bought for my sons science experiment, which involved finding temps of different items. He showed me how to use it and I love it!!! Would never had thought to get something like this but it makes a great gift for the chef in your life.

While this thermometer may not be *perfect* in terms of accuracy, it definitely does the job in that it gives mom and dad a pretty good ballpark temperature. It's super easy to use, it doesn't hurt the little ones' body, and it doesn't eat through batteries.

I am sure I am not the first parent who has had to try and keep a struggling child steady while waiting 2+ minutes for the thermometer to register a reading. It takes an accurate ear reading in just a few seconds! The probe also does not feel cold to the touch, so my child actually seems to like having her temperature taken.

Bought this couple of weeks back consequent to my son developing high fever and which fluctuated considerably. This caused the digital thermometer useless as it takes approx. a minute (under armpits) to record temparature. Our doctor advised us to buy this ear thermometer. good!

My wife and I love this product, but have to wait a bit longer before we can use it on our son. Out pediatrician told us to wait until after we were 1yr old to start to use this type of thermometer so for his first birthday he unwrapped one of these (we figured he'd be as excited as we were!) Unfortunately our son has smaller ear canals than this thermometer will accurately read so we consistently get low readings (92-95F) when we try to use it. My wife and I have used it on ourselves and get normal readings so we think it works... We'll try again at 18months.

The last thing my daughter wants is to have me take her temperature rectally, especially when she is sick and it is hard to get her to sit still enough to wait for oral thermometers to work. This ear thermometer is one of the best purchases I have made. It is very fast, accurate, and easy to use and read. It really comes in handy when you need to check your child's temperature. It also comes with a hoster to protect it when it is not in use.

What a great design. I think that this alarm clock is very creative and inventive. I set it on the floor away from the bed and when the alarm goes off, the fun begins. It wakes up the whole family. We keep it running until everyone is out of bed. Last one up turns it off. My dog loves it too. He wakes up ready to play which fills the room with fun in the morning instead of the normal grumpy mood I use to have.
