18:42:15 08-24-2012 Powerful but needs alterations to meet Aust standards Overall:

Pros: Very bright and powerful and also pivots Quite large in size
Cons: Problems with meeting Aust standards requiring double insulation before the transformer
Other Thoughts: all of the above !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
