Very nice replacement glass, be careful of the top ribbon cable it is very sensitive. Cost effective part.

. The ribbon connecting the screen to IT is so sensitive; I ended up tearing through two of them before finally giving up.

take your time and use a blow dryer to release the old screen, if you don't it will probably break the tiny thin plastic edge which has to be reused to complete the repair.

It's exactly as advertised. What more do you want me to say? If you're not confident in your skills for installing such a thing, don't even attempt it. Send it in and get it repaired that way as a lot can go wrong here. The tools were basic and somewhat useful. At the very least, they're better to have than not.

This product was very reasonably priced and was exactly what was needed for my Sony Ericsson X1 which had a cracked screen. I made sure to read other reviews before buying. The only problem I encountered was having a screwdriver small enough to fit the screws correctly (I didn't order the repair kit as I did have eyeglass screwdrivers) I would suggest ordering the kit.
