Nice bright screen, quickly catches the satellites and determine the current location. No problem running the navigation software, even such giants as Navitel and iGo. WiFi and FM transmitter works perfectly.
Cons: 
No multitouch resistive screen and weak processor do not reach the rank of the tablet.

as a navigator - well, as a tablet - it is bad.

An excellent tool to check the functionality of your phone/tablet GPS receiver. My GPS seemed to be non-operational until I downloaded and ran this utility. One of the best ways to gauge the accuracy (error) of your positioning and know what isn't working when something goes wrong. Works well . This app tells the user a great deal of information about GPS and their device. Being a new Xoom user, I learned a good deal more about the tablet.

Was looking for a quick and dirty way just to get my GPS coordinates on my new Android Thrive. I didn't need maps or anything, just a way to get my coordinates. This app worked the first try. It also give a compass-type reading that shows which direction you are oriented in. The first app I downloaded was just a compass application, and after it GPS synced, I could tell it was way off and not working correctly when I moved the phone. It kept saying either an abnormal magnetic field had been detected or it needed to be calibrated . However, this app oriented correctly the second it came on. Very impressive and does what it says it does.

Ive been using this app . Basically this provides a simple useful readout of the GPS radio. The compass simulation makes the app very intuitive. For the casual user, get a simple geographic orientation, speed if moving, altitude, Latitude and Longitude. For others, get more technical information such as satellites being used, signal strength and so on. <br/> <br/>Since it only needs the GPS it will be useful anywhere. The author has continually updated and improved. And free (with ads) although I have contributed for this nice product.

What I love about it is the spoken street names and the speed at which it recalculates a new route if you miss your turn. It's so fast it can instruct you to turn on the next street/block before you actually pass by it.
