A paper clip is readily available, doesn't get lost, easy to replace & very affordable. This is why the tool was not included with the iPhone package, because you already have one

It works as it's supposed to work! Had no problem with it since. <br/>the iphone sim tray is a little stuck there. so you'll have to push it in hard.

Works perfectly in my BB Curve. The old trackball was stained from a a broken compact in my makeup bag, and after I tried to clean it up, the trackball would stick once in a while. With the replacement it is like new! The replacement, at least to me, looks *exactly* like the old trackball. I'm thinking about buying another one to have on hand in case I need it!
