Very similar to genuine/original earbuds, nicely packaged, great price!
Cons:
Audio level is a bit lower than genuine earbuds, and pick-up range of microphone is a bit lower than Apple set (mic needs to be within 1-2 inches for speech to be audible for remote party).
Other Thoughts:
I'd buy this set again due to great value, even though audio level and quality is not as good as original. Mine was exactly as in the photos here (no additional volume or playback buttons as some others have claimed). Mic is on the Right earbud, which is my preference. Would be nice if there was a lapel clip to ensure mic is close to mouth, since the pick-up falls off rapidly beyond about 2-3 inches.

I had regular Apple earphones which came with iphone and I was happy using them. But when I got these as spare set of earphones, it wasn't my spare anymore. The control in the middle which can work as volume (up and down), play or pause (press to toggle), go to next track (double press) and previous track (triple click) works really nice. No need to remove the iphone from your pocket or unlock change track (you can also double click home button on your iphone to see the multimedia controls on the locked screen). It's worth the purchase.
