Purchased to use with Skype. Beats using a headset. Easy install -you really do not need to install software, can be installed as plug and play on computer with easy usb cord. <br/>Very small and doesn't take up much room on your desk.

I'm a skypeaholic. I got this phone because the speakers on my little notebook are not very loud and if I happen to be in another room, I can't hear the ringing when calls come in. I really hoped that this phone would solve that problem and happily it did.

Much needed device. I got tired of having to point my mouse on the soft pad in order to dial. Great if you need to make multiple calls.

The phone does appear and install (and works) without the driver installed, however (the first reviewer stated this as well) the ringer is not that loud. UNLESS you install the driver software, then it is actually VERY loud. And also the buttons do not work on the phone until you install the driver (which integrates perfectly into XP and Skype).

Expected time of delivery was 2 weeks, got it in 3 days! tiny little cute thing!good since i am gonna carry it with my laptop.Really sleek. <br/>Works well with Skype. Supports all features. Phones work very well with Skype. Easy enough to install and worked with existing Skype-mate software. More features than we bother to use in an office.

Cons:

A little harder to install for a real novice.

Other Thoughts:

For a basic USB handset this model has done the job well. We recommended to a supplier interstate and have several clear conversations with them regularly.
