• I really enjoy shopping at Dinodirect, they can get anything you want. I often go to their site to compare prices and to read the reviews. I would also like to say thanks for their marketing, they really try to build your profile and offer you products they think you would enjoy (grin) and even though they haven't quite got it dialed in it at least shows they are trying. For that they get an extra point or two, I always feel safe doing business with them.

• Well I ordered another product for Dinodirect, well of cause, their shipping is always fast from Cali to Dinodirect. Even though its 3 day shipping that I pick I will get it the next day. And their CS department is the best that I have ever dealt with. Nothing bad with them.

• We bought two of this VoIP USB phones because we had read that they work well with the Mac. No Mac driver comes with the phones and no instructions for use with Mac but when you go to the Ipevo website you'll find a downloadable OS X driver. We are surprized and pleased at how well the phone works. Every feature (and there are many) seems to be supported by the Mac version of Skype. Once installed, the phone appears in the Skype preferences pane and in OS X system preferences, sound department. Thanks to Ipevo for the excellent implementation for OS X! Previously I used a Logitech 250 headset but the sound quality on the Ipevo is as good or better and it's much more convenient to use.

• I purchased this product to use as my office phone with Skype while I work at home with my baby. I was worried that such a cheap phone would not work well, especially with a wireless connection. But I have had absolutely no problems. I am very happy with dinodirect service and selections on items available in stores.

• They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.

• I was looking for an easy-to-use, inexpensive "Skype" phone for my PC, and this phone fit the bill perfectly. At first I had some problems understanding how best to reconfigure my PC's audio defaults (the phone was acting as my default speakers when I first installed it), but the manual and online help came to the rescue and now all is well.
  
  I highly recommend this USB phone for anyone who uses SKYPE on a regular basis and who wants an inexpensive phone that delivers clear calls. There are certainly phones that deliver higher quality calls, but for this price, I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this.

• Yes, we do sell the skype phones, so I thought I will write a review since we do use them at work as well as at home. Bundled with skype's offer for a local phone number (it does not have to be necessarily a local one!) and unlimited calling in the US and Canada (I think around $15 for seerial months), this phone is a sound investment. Also, we call quite a bit overseas and at 2 cents per minute for most countries, the charges seem to be reasonable. For longer skype to skype calls I can walk in another room or at home lay down on the couch and not be stuck in front of the computer. The range of the phone is about 120-150 feet, depending how thick the walls are. Setup is simple, just use the newest skype software and skypemate, the software which makes the phone work. We are here to help you with any questions you have. (Saying that customer support is excellent would be patting ourselves on the back, since we are the customer support, but it is true!) The base has a microphone built in, so it allows for hands free talking, not only in front of the computer, but even across the room. All the other features are described above. I have to give this phone 5 stars, I use it every day for hours, same phone for 3 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you!

• Got a new laptop, with Vista Home Premium, about a week ago. Had this phone lying around, and thought I'd give it a try.
  I've never used Skype before. And my inlaws are English. I bought some Skype time, set things up, and hit the button.
  And all of a sudden I'm talking to the brother-in-law! A great connection, too! Understand that this is on a laptop, 802.11g, on the ground floor, with tbe base PC on the third floor. It's an old house, as well.
  I'm a bit of a geek. And I expected trouble. But all I got was a pleasant surprise!
