I highly recommend this USB phone for anyone who uses SKYPE on a regular basis and who wants an inexpensive phone that delivers clear calls. There are certainly phones that deliver higher quality calls, but for this price, I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this.

I was looking for an easy-to-use, inexpensive "Skype" phone for my PC, and this phone fit the bill perfectly. At first I had some problems understanding how best to reconfigure my PC's audio defaults (the phone was acting as my default speakers when I first installed it), but the manual and online help came to the rescue and now all is well.

They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.

I purchased this product to use as my office phone with Skype while I work at home with my baby. I was worried that such a cheap phone would not work well, especially with a wireless connection. But I have had absolutely no problems. I am very happy with dinodirect service and selections on items available in stores.

We bought two of this VoIP USB phones because we had read that they work well with the Mac. No Mac driver comes with the phones and no instructions for use with Mac but when you go to the Ipevo website you'll find a downloadable OS X driver. We are surprized and pleased at how well the phone works. Every feature (and there are many) seems to be supported by the Mac version of Skype. Once installed, the phone appears in the Skype preferences pane and in OS X system preferences, sound department. Thanks to Ipevo for the excellent implementation for OS X! Previously I used a Logitech 250 headset but the sound quality on the Ipevo is as good or better and it's much more convenient to use.

This was my first time ordering from this company and of course, I was a little apprehensive. To my happy surprise, everything I ordered arrived on the expected day, well packaged and correct! When the need arises, I will definitely be a repeat customer and I have no hesitation in recommending the company to friends.
