This is a very powerful little fan...I like the neck cord, too. They only work best when used as a desk fan...On the neck, the fan just falls back to position 1. <br/> <br/>The blades are a good flexible plastic. They can hurt a bit or startle if you touch them while the fan is on. Caution is advised. <br/> <br/>The fan can also lock at position 0...I think this is the most practical and useful position. <br/> <br/>The neck cord is a bit difficult to hook on because the parts are so tiny. <br/> <br/>We're looking forward to using these fans in Disney! <br/> <br/>The company that makes the fan is Design Go.
