I have used the EasyCAP USB 2.0 video capture adapter for more than one month, it works very well. And the adapter is very good in quality. I love it! It is better than I have expected!

With all the negative reviews I've seen for this product, I can't believe no one has said anything like this. The Easycap is a GREAT product. For the price, you're getting more than what you've paid. No, the software does NOT crash constantly. If it does, it's your computer. It DOES record in color with clear sound, you just haven't adjusted the settings well. I hate seeing a negative review on a product when the negative is actually the user. If you have any troubles with the product, go to youtube, look up some quality settings and follow them. You will have a great product.

This product did not work for me right out of the box. With a little internet searching, I noticed that this was the case for a lot of other people too. However, people have put some effort into making this thing work and you can find different solutions on the internet. The key for me was to install the video capture software that came with the product, along with some drivers that other people recommended and posted on the internet. I initially tried the drivers that came on the cd along with other programs like Windows Movie Maker and NCH software, and I would get audio only, or nothing at all. This was the case for both systems running XP and Vista. I think this product is a good buy for the price if you are not afraid to do a little work on your own. However, if you need something that works reliably right out of the box, this probably is not the product for you. Once it's working, it does an adequate job of capturing video and I was able to convert both VHS and Hi8 tape into digital files.

I am not a frequent shopper at dinodirect.com (actually, I think this is my first time), so my experience with them shows that they do not support only those who have spent X amount of money. First of all, shipping cost and speed were excellent. Using the free shipping option, my package arrived in only 2 weeks. But more importantly, when I decided that I did not want to items that I ordered because of something about them that was completely out of their control, they were more than happy to take them back. It took less than five minutes for me to explain the problem and have them accept the RMA and even agree to email me a shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. A week later, they emailed me that they have received the package and I was notified by PayPal that my money was refunded minutes later. No one should hesitate about doing business with dinodirect.com because they obviously care a lot about making sure that their customers are satisfied.

I've shopped at Dinodirect.com a handful of times now. Their prices are crazy-low and yet the quality is amazing! They also have very cheap next day delivery in California. I've ordered all kinds of cables and connectors from them and everything has worked flawlessly. Lastly, they have a large database of customer reviews, which makes selecting the right product a lot easier. I will continue to order everything I can from these guys!
