Pros: + Nice Range. I could get it to work over a distance of 20 meters. i.e. from 5th floor to 1st floor.
Cons: - The SMA cable needs to be more in length.Say about 2 meters.
Other Thoughts: I had brought it to replace my existing antenna and works great.
