Very quick and very easy. Purchased on line for less than I could in stores and that included the extra purchase of a maintainence agreement. Even with the agreement the TV was still less than in stores in our area.

Although they didn't stock all the items I was looking for, they had a good selection and carried items I didn't find on another site. Their pricing was good, shipping reasonable. I've shopped with them before and will again. The products have always arrived promptly and in perfect conditon.

When I bought this product for my IPhone I really wanted to compare it with the 3GJuice. They are about equal but the IPower is just a little better as far as compatability. I really love both of them.

This charger works great -- it is ideal for long flights to make sure you can keep watching movies on your video iPod or iPod touch / iPhone. Works as advertised.

I bought two of these on a whim for long flights to keep my iPhone 3G entertaining me without running out of power. I wanted to see how much I could get out of each one and was pleasantly surprised when it charged my phone back to 99% before it appeared to die. So it looks like at least 1 1/2 charges at least which was way above my expectations.

The product work great, you need to be realistic it's just a connector it does what it must do. The only bad thing is it took several days to arrive, but finally it did it.

There is not much to be said about the device itself: you plug it between the dock and the iPod, and it works. This product is amazing and works just as well as it advertises. It is convenient because you can control with a remote controller.
