The first time I used it I thought it was DOA because I had not pushed the SD card in hard enough. All my other cards slip in easily though. This has been my most reliable reader yet.

Good price, well built and fast. The only thing that I don't like it is the Photo Recovery solfware. You need to have 20 some digits S/N number to make it work, and my S/N number is much shorter than that. So, forget about that, I am just happy about the card reader.

After playing computer shuffle in the house, I ended up with an iMac. For some reason these don't have slots for SD cards. Bought this, plugged it in, and now I can upload photos from my camera. What's not to love. Not sure what Apple was thinking though.

This is a great little product, especially if you have some old cameras incompatibly with Windows 7. Simple to use, tiny for storage and PINK!
