Great for reading from memory that is mainly used to in other devices and just used in computers for short periods. Not a compact or long period solution.

If you put it in less than a USB 2.0 port, it trucks along as far as transfer speed, but not so slow that you get annoyed, just slow enough to notice it. BUT, like I said that's in a port that isn't 2.0 Other than that, look at the price, this thing handles all the media I've thrown at it, so you can't possibly hate anything about it. Enough Said.

The product is affordable and okay for what it does. It works just like built in ports on new laptops. It is fairly bulky, but it gets the job done.

I use an older P-4 computer to store and manipulate photos and videos. Since older machines did not come with SD card reader slots, this is a simple and very affordable alternative.

Works as advertised, just a quick, cheap, and easy card ready I got for my new SD cards. Much quicker and easier than hooking my camera up to the computer.
