Firstly, I must let you guys know how much I enjoyed my experience shopping at Dinodirect.com. At first, when I just called in, the customer service I received was absolutely fabulous, I've never received such quick, and efficient service before online. And when I received my item (HD Power Supply Tester- which was delivered in a shorter amount of time I expected), it was perfect! Just how I thought it would look, and etc. I definitely recommend your company to all, and I'll surely be back again shortly! Thanks again.

I was at first very nervous with this transaction being my first time. The customer service was very straight forward, no charm at all. The email order confirmation was received within the next hour. I called twice to confirm the correct product which they patiently confirmed. The shipping/trucking company was very courteous and they called me as promised. Overall, the experience was great! Thanks DinoDirect for a great buy! I'd be happy to do business again would definitely recommend you guys to anyone.

The delivery of my purchases was ahead of time & I am very satisfied with the entire shopping experience.The tracking of the order was very helpful.These were my first two orders from Dinodirect, but definately won't be my last.
