I bought the iPod Style 1.8" 4GB 3rd Gen MP4 Player from dinodirect-- it seemed to work "OK" for a few days, then it started malfunctioning. So I chatted with a customer support rep from dinodirect and asked if they could help me, and the guy immediately resolved the situation with no questions asked. I am very happy with the way they dealt with the situation and I will continue to do business with them.

Very easy to use, compact. Love the drag and drop feature. Looks very much like the iPod, & I'll probably find a case or cover for this soon.

Cons:

Wish the album artwork would show when playing, but no biggie. Overall it feels a little lite, and the charger is extra plastic-y.

Other Thoughts:

Great for when I need to zone out(At work). It's something I think I'll be using even when I'm at home, just because. And since it doubles as a flash drive, I can easily transfer files from pc to pc.

I love my Gen MP4 Player. It is small, works well, and sounds great. Sometimes the size can be a disadvantage. When sitting in a cramped seat on an airplane, I wrap it around my forearm near the wrist on airplanes, above my elbow when working out, and on the front of the cup holder near the dash when in the car (I purchased the FM adaptor as well).

I'll get right into the pros and the cons. Great sound from what I've heard. Drag and drop in Windows Explorer! Coming from the Shuffle, this is huge and extremely nice Build quality. Doesn't seem 'squeaky' at all so far Tiny. Not as tiny as the shuffle, but this has a screen and is therefore acceptable.

I've read hundreds of reviews in order to find out which MP3 player to buy. I got really sick & tired of the cheap MP3 player that are breaking after 2 months. So i finally bought the MP3 and it's unbelievably great device. It's very small and portable, the sound quality is great and it has a Radio and an option to extend the player's memory using MicroSD card. It's so easy to use.

When I printed out my invoice the promo code discount didn't show up. Using Dinodirect's chat I contacted Dena, she took my customer number and the promo code, investigated and in less than 5 minutes it was corrected. Very quick and the rep was pleasant but still very business like. An outstanding experience.
