They responded immediately to my email and gave me a full refund. Everyone makes a mistake at some time and it is a good company that corrects it immediately.

It's easy to set up and the sound quality is perfect once you set the iPod volume at the right level. I especially love the fact that I paid under $20 what most retailers are selling for $50 and up. A whole lot of bang for my buck, I recommend this to any iPod owner!

When I bought this I was a little hesitant seeing that it was so cheap. Upon arrival I was still wary, it looked cheaply made, but after I found the right radio station for it to play on I was amazed. This transmitter has great sound quality and it's easy to use. Overall, it's a bit bulky but it has nice sound for the price and does the job I needed it to.

I love this product! It is very easy to use, and it makes listening to music/talking on the phone much easier in the car. The 'snake arm' adjusts to fit the power outlet in my car, and there is a tilt ability for the actual holder. This fits my iPhone 3G with a thick case on. It can also adjust smaller than that for a regular iPod. The sound quality is near perfect - you just have to turn up the radio a little higher than normal. The FM transmitter adjusts to any FM channel. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. This isn't a name brand product, but I would consider it comparable to one.

I was a little nervous buying this transmitter becasue the reviews on similar products weren't so great. I ended up buying this one and am glad I did. It was easy to setup, worked on the first station it was set to. I even have music on that station where I live and there was no interference from it. Overall I'm very happy with this transmitter and glad I bought it.
