- Pros: blows fine and not very loud, folded legs make it a compact or wide structure supporting even a 17 inch laptop
- Cons: an on/off switch would come handy
- Other Thoughts: mine fan had a cable attached permanently, not as on the pictures with a detachable, double ended USB cable

- Other Thoughts: When it is cold you can bend it and feel & hear the solid crystals crunching inside. As the pad heats up it becomes more pliable as the crystals start turning to liquid. It works, but as others have mentioned prolonged usage heats it to the point of diminishing returns. I'm considering purchasing a second pad for long work sessions

- Other Thoughts: The laptop cooler pads have very reasonable price as well as it looks really cool. Doesn't drain too much batteries and laptop cooler pads is made of good material. <br/>The notebook cooling pad has very low price attracts <br/>Construction allows usage for different sized notebooks. <br/>The cooler pad may be useful if your have hard and flat surface under and notebook isn't supposed for movement.

- Other Thoughts: The packaging was perfect. Nice and secure, without the need for scissors. If I needed to return this I could easily get it back in the packaging. More manufacturers should go with a hinge design rather than completely sealing the product in packaging that requires you to cut it all up.

- Other Thoughts: I have an external hard drive that is "air-cooled" but it is in a location where air circulation is somewhat blocked. This little fan takes care of that problem and keeps it running cool. I had tried battery-powered fans, but the batteries would die too quickly. If I'm not using the external HD, I just reposition the fan to provide extra circulation for the tower.
