The item came in a timely manner in proper packaging. The product was exactly as described. The battery life is better than the original battery that came in the computer. This battery was way cheaper than its counterpart on the Dell website. I have not had any problems with it so far and I would definitely recommend it to other customers.

I was balking at spending over $100 to buy a replacement from the manufacturer. Found this on Amazon, saw that it had good reviews so bought it. Have been using it for over a month without any issues. If it lasts beyond a year, it will be great. I highly recommend it.
