- Pros: Great value for money, easy to use, regular post is free, compact, product quality is better than it appears in the photo's online
- Cons: regular post takes up to 25 business days for delivery

- Other Thoughts: The product was of course what I had wanted and expected. THe customer service with Dinodirect.com was excellent. the first piece i received was defective. i called them and they were very accomodating about shipping me a new one right away (2 day) while i shipped the defective piece back to them. Very friendly, very understanding service people. no issues with refund/exhange at all. will DEFINITELY go there again.

- Other Thoughts: I have shopped with Dinodirect.com several times before. I am a return customer because they have excellent customer service, products are exactly as described, items are shipped quickly and packed well. I feel very comfortable spending my money here even if I am ordering a very expensive item. You are the best

- Other Thoughts: So far, I haven't seen any better deals from other websites. Dinodirect really has the lowest deals and I like that they give me options if I want refurbished items to be able to save more. Delivery went smooth and I received my order on time. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends.

- Other Thoughts: I order a lot of items from dinodirect.com and I am consistently pleased. The pricing is very aggressive and every order has arrived just as I ordered it. In a business when deadlines are everything, one thing I do not have to worry about is the quality of service I get from Dinodirect.
