I bought this present for my boyfriend for Christmas so I don t know how it works yet but I was extremely happy with my purchase. The price was amazing. At the store even with the Black Friday sales there price was still at least $10 more. The time it took to ship was great. I choose the free shipping which was suppost to take the longest but I received it in 3 days. I was very happy with my purchase and I will continue to purchase things with Dinodirect.com

I have been a store customer of Dinodirect.com for decades, this is my first on-line order. There were a few issues that came up along the way. I was given a customer-service rep. named Vivian who stuck with me through each problem and was extremely helpful in resolving the issues. She took the time and had all the patience in the world. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Dinodirect.com, whether in-store or by phone, is excellent. Staff is competent and knowledgeable, and every one of them seems to have a cheerful, helpful attitude that is obvious as soon as you deal with them. These are sincere people who care about customers and are eager to use their considerable skills and knowledge to help us. AND, the store discounts!!

If you've got an Xbox 360, you need controllers. This spartan model if pefect for Halo fans of all ages. Todd McFarlane did the artwork for this controller. The picture won't soon rub off onto your hands, and it's a great conversation piece amongst your plain colored controllers. The layout of the buttons on the Xbox 360 is amazing. It's perfect for many of the games that are on the 360. The rumble is effective, and the wireless capacity is wonderful. The only beef I have, is that I've had two controllers that become loose on the left analog stick, and they began to drag the cursor when not touched. The Xbox Warranty I had from the console replaced them free of charge. Luckily I had extra controllers to get me by in the week it took to replace it. <br/> <br/>When matched with the rechargable battery pack, they give you lots of gaming time between charges.

I can only spend good words for Dinodirect.com. Their customer service is great, in particular I was in contact with Dinodirect, I asked him a lot of questions because I like to know things in detail and he always replied very kindly. I'm sure many other salesmen wouldn't have been this patient, I emailed him at least 30 times during the whole process. I could get my product as customized as I wanted it to be. And it's a first class product, it works like a charm. In short, awesome product, awesome support.
