Really good buy, pricewise it was a bargain for our boys 5th bday, even the birthday boy now knows how to use this, he likes using this without headphones so glad to know it has speakers aswell

If you download movies from the internet, this is the device to use to play them. Just connect it to your TV. Connect youir memory device, browse your selections, select and play. Has all the features of a DVD player (pause, fast forward, etc.) Easy to use and operates flawlessly.

I bought it about 1 months ago...recently upgraded firmware and was pleasantly surprised by the additional widgets, blockbuster, etc...and it works great.

I can see why some may find the interface kind of confusing, but after a couple days it was pretty easy to get used to. One of the things i would like in the software is the ability to map several directories into one directory, so all my movies which are spread between 2 drives would appear as one. I would also like the ability to create favorites or shortcuts under the menu's, but thats not a biggie I guess.

I bought this after giving my son theLive non-networked version. We love this product with the exception of the poor navigation. Please disregard the previous negative ratings. I found the device very easy to setup on the network, and very easy to use. I will give WD the benefit of the doubt, as they are releasing firmwares to fix bugs and quirks. Keep up the good work!

I just received my Micca player last week and I'm very pleased with how it functions. It supports every file type I've tried using it with (mostly video) and is very compact and roomy for the standard TV table to not get in the way of anything.

I did a lot of research on these media players before purchasing one. I am really happy with this one. I also needed a coaxial digital audio out, which this also does. I would echo the complaint about the remote the others have shared, but if are patient it works just fine. Overall a great purchase!!

Nice and compact design. Well built and easy to operate. Good as a gift for anyone on any occassion!

Cons:

No carry case/pouch supplied or available, may scratch casing or even screen.

Slightly difficult to understand the user manual/guide. One of those translated straight from a foreign language,lol, but simple enough to operate without reading.

This 8GB media player is very good in quality, I like it very much. And its 8GB capacity is very useful, I can use it to store all my files. Of course, the most important part of the touch screen media player is its good performance, to listen to music and watch TV with it is really enjoyable. Really great media player!!!

The large screen makes watching videos on the go true entertainment. The touch screen media player is very solid and has a great build quality. also with FM function. Over all it offers a lot of value for the money. player's sound good like your favorite music should.

Wanted something worry-free while jogging, these waterproof earphones and mp3 should withstand the rain and sweat. So far I've had for a month and works as expected; armband is nice. Received different color than requested but wasn't a big deal for me. Shipped pretty fast. Can't wait to try it swimming.
