- Other Thoughts: A really nice and cheap solar filter. Its light weight and provides adequet protection. Does all that the discription says! Being light weight, its easy to carry around. The fit is snug.

- Other Thoughts: I'm an amateur star gazer. I've always wanted to look at the sun without going blind. This works. I could make out the basics on the sun and I've been able to capture a few good images of what I think are spots. It is easy to place on the telescope. It seems flimsy because of the foil like lense, however, I have had no problems with it (I'm careful with all my gear).

- Other Thoughts: It does work very well though. Only ding is they should have added a box to store it in. I mean, come on! Make something that is rather fragile and then not provide a cheap 'Made in China' box to protect it? The eyepiece kits come in a tank of a box with cut foam and the works and this comes with a plastic bag and a cardboard box.
