- Other Thoughts: This battery grip is identical to the Canon. Has a great feel to it and you cannot beat the price. I've had this just over a month and I'm still shooting my T2i without a recharge. Cosmetically, It's A+. Why would you pay the inflated prices for Canon accessories? Not me. This baby is great.

- Other Thoughts: I own several Canon Digital Cameras. On all of my other cameras I spent the extra money for the Canon grips. Since I was trying to save money and try the Rebel series, I decided to save money also on the grip. Thus far, I have used it for several long photo sessions and it operates exactly like the Canon grips on my other more expensive cameras.

- Other Thoughts: After reading some reviews, I was a little concerned this wasn't going to be good enough. I'm happy to say that it is though. I haven't experienced any of the issues I've read about. The grip fastens securely to the camera with no jiggle at all and the electronics work fines. This is a quality battery grip.

- Other Thoughts: Bought this with additional battery for Canon 400D 350D. Works spendidly so far, and makes portrait (vertical) shooting more comfortable, as well as balances camera with larger lenses. Highly recommend!
