- Pros: This is the exact same battery that came with my ASUS Eee PC model 1001. It looks the same in every respect and since my battery was over a year old and has received constant use was ready for a replacement.
- Cons: NONE !!!!!!!!
- Other Thoughts: I use my netbook almost all the time, which is why my battery wore out after only about a year and a half. I was only gouing to open it up and replace the cells, but when I saw this, it was cheaper than buying the cells and doing it myself. Battery life is comparable to original, lkasting about 6-7 hours after a full charge.

- Other Thoughts: I bought a new ASUS Eeepc 1005 about 1 yr ago, with my main excuse being that buying a new battery for my 5 Yr old laptop (w/XP) wasnt worth the effort--slow, limited RAM, etc. But for this low price, I sprung for a new battery and now use it as a backup or for occasional traveling where I dont want to risk losing (theft, etc.) my newer, Hi-$$ laptop, and use only for checking e-mail and/or light browsing while away.

- Other Thoughts: The battery fit into the laptop perfectly and performed about as well as the original when the original was brand new. If I needed another battery at some point in the future, I would not hesitate to buy this one again.

- Other Thoughts: Having been in need of a new battery for a long time I am extremely pleased to have this product. This is actually my third attempt at purchasing a new batter. The two previous batteries either was completely the wrong product or had a slight defect that caused it to not work. This battery has excellent.
