This does just what you think it would and is of a better quality construction than what I expected for the price. I don't think I'll need another one of these for a while but when I do, I won't hesitate to buy this again. Works just like it should. Highly recommended.

Being an iPhone 3GS user, I know how expensive the simplest items can get. If you love to spend money and want the best of everything, this may not be the product for you. If you are like me and just want something that works and won't break my heart when it stops working or comes up missing - then this is a great deal. Such a good deal that I got several of them and I have them in my car, my wife's car (she has an iPhone 3G), and I pass them out to my friends as nice gifts. The charger feels like a toy, very light and I wondered if it even worked, but after several months of a hard life in my Jeep, it has proven to be a champ.

VERY inexpensive solution for charging on the go! Works great, is small enough not to be cumbersome, but large enough that it doesn't get lost easily. Charge doesn't take too long...also, you can use your Ipod while charging. What can I say it's just and USB adapter charger and it does what it suppose to.

What can you say. It works. Takes 12V and makes it 5V for the USB standard. It would be nicer if they allowed both ports to have 1.0 amp for faster charging of two devices (i.e. 10W). But charges single item great and two devices, no problem, just not as quickly as a single item. It would be 5-stars if both ports provided full USB power at the same time for faster charging, but this will fit any road warrior need.
