I like this product. Accumulator capacity is excellent and very similar to the truth. For the money I could buy a separate accumulator tank and charging.

It is my first set of 18650 rechargeable batteries and I am satisfied. It is reasonably priced and the set comes with a charger. To summarize, I would recommend the set as a first step for your flashlight on 18650.
Cons: 
The only drawback I should mention is capacity of the batteries. Definitely, batteries have less than 3000 mAh. However, you should take into account the price and a charger. It is the nice set for the first experience 18650 though. Otherwise try more expensive brands TrustFire or Panasonic.
Other Thoughts: 
You could charge single battery or both of them. No difficulties so far.
