The 55mm telephoto lens is designed to maximize day and night shots by providing maximum light and image transmission with minimum distortion. I have been using this lens for about 4 months now and I couldnt be more thrilled!! It gives a creamy bokeh that is just to die for!! Its simply wonderful!! Its a bit pricey but otherwise fantastic!!

A great way to own a fast 85mm lens for portrait photography if your using APS-C you will have to stand a little farther back due to croping.

Being an (a slightly advanced) amateur I found this lens to be excellent. Use it with a Canon Rebel primarily for portraits and the results are great. I am not sure one can get better quality for the price.

Shipping was fantastic. I'm still havin fun with this thang. I'm goin all over the place takin pictures. One warning. If your gonna try to get really close up, use some kind of support like a tripod.

The lens adaptor worked as desired. With it and a Wide Angle Lens, I was able to protect the internal lens extending mechanism form becoming inoperative due to dust etc binding that mechanism
