we got it back but never found the stereo remote. I love this thing! I am about to replace the stereo in my truck and am probably choosing a Pioneer stereo just because I want to get another of these remotes.

the remote works great as long as there is no sun shinning directly on the reciever. My remote has two small straps holding it to the steering wheel not like the one in the photo.

It gives much more simplicity and flexibility to control the receiver. The only con is that sometimes it fails to react to commands, maybe by a signal problem, but then it starts working again.

As I researched this purchase the most common complaint is that it doesn't work in the bright light. I have found this is accurate. Otherwise this works well.
