This may not be glass but well worth the money. I used these with the Sigma 70/200mm f/2.8 with the Sigma ring flash attached. With all 3 attached the flash is almost level with the subject, now that's close ;-) Great build quality and a permanent addition to my bag. I would recommend these.

As a person who recently in December switched from a point and shoot to a DSLR i was at a lost for a good macro solution. Do not get me wrong there are many macro lenses and options out there but I am currently a college student so money can be a little low at the best of times. So when I found these tubes I was thrilled! After some research into them I decided to make the purchase and I have been very pleased with the results!!! This and the 50 mm 1.8 lens by canon go very well with each other, as well with the 55-200mm EF-S lens. They can produce very good results with little effort. So if you are looking for a cheap way to pull off some professional looking macro i would highly recommend these tubes!!

I don't see the point of paying more another object that will do the same. I never had a canon one in the hand though, and maybe I'll see a big difference. But I'm not shooting macro everyday. It's something I want to be able to do when on opportunity is there, but that's all. These product is just find for me...

i tried the camera adapter on my canon 7D they work nicely with the canon 28mm 1.8, the canon 85mm 1.8.
they fit snugly, i was very careful the first time i used it, but i had no problem fitting it and removing it easily without a struggle

i like them, and have no regrets

I haven't looked back. These are for Macro, they are not extenders, they are extension, quite a bit of difference. I actually attached my 1.4 extender to the camera, then the three tubes to the extender, and then my 50mm lens, and it was really really close. The down side is I don't like my 1.4 extender, I lose sharpness, but thats not a fault of the tubes. The tubes work great, put the lens farther away from the sensor and gives you awesome shots.

NEEDS - good tripod, focusing rails/slides. (Your lens will almost be touching the subject.)

I read few reviews about this product and then ordered it. I have used it with my canon with 18-55mm and 55-250mm lens. Considering the price it is an excellent bargain. You cannot use autofocus and aperture control. Aperture is manageable once you set its value, use DOF button and detach lens at the same time. It leaves the aperture there. I took pictures of icicles from window, in daylight, handheld across the window glass. It gave me marvelous results. I high recommend this product for those who want to save money and can play around with things manually.
