• This pointer has an extremely strong beam (too strong for presentations in small rooms). I use it mainly for pointing out stars, planets, satellites, and if I'd ever need to point out branches for cutting, or overhead wires that needed rewiring, etc. it would be just the thing.
  
  It's a solid, reliable unit, and is quite happy with my button recharchable batteries.

• I can only spend good words for Dinodirect.com. Their customer service is great, in particular I was in contact with Dinodirect, I asked him a lot of questions because I like to know things in detail and he always replied very kindly. I'm sure many other salesmen wouldn't have been this patient, I emailed him at least 30 times during the whole process. I could get my laser pointer pen as customized as I wanted it to be. And it's a first class laser pointer pen, it works like a charm. In short, awesome product, awesome support.

• The Dinodirect web site is easy to use. They offer good selection and great prices, and they provide fast, affordable and accurate shipping. This was our first experience doing business with Dinidirect. We are picky customers who shop the internet daily, and we can highly recommend this company for other internet shoppers without hesitation. The process to place the order and submit the purchase went smoothly. I like being able to pay them using Paypal. They sent an order confirmation with receipt via email in a timely manner, and we could check the order status at their web site. We had plenty of options from which to select at Dinidirect. The detailed descriptions and photos were clear and complete, and these features enabled us to choose the right product for our needs. The 2 in 1 LED & laser pointer flashlight keychain green we purchased is awesome. We did think it was unusual that the product was shipped only in its original manufacturer packaging, enveloped in clear packing tape. Normally companies repackage products inside a plain box. What if I had ordered this as a surprise? Overall, however, this was a great experience. We would not hesitate to do business again with Dinodirect.

• For the price this flashlight can't be beat. Bought it primarily as a play toy for our cat (cats love to chase a laser spot). This works great and uses batteries, which last longer and are easier to replace. The LED flashlight functions well also, very bright for the size.

• They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.
